The following Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on the Beauty Centre web site.
Pricing & Availability
The Beauty Centre attempts to maintain
descriptions of advertised products and services as accurate as possible.
The Beauty Centre.Net does not warrant however that such descriptions or
other content of the Beauty Centre.Net website is or will be accurate,
complete, current, reliable or error-free. All products are subject to
availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be
fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the
unavailable product(s).
Delivery
Due to the nature of ordering on
the Internet it is not possible for you to specify a delivery date.
We will however aim to deliver your order as soon as funds are cleared.
Order Payment
Payment can be made using Visa,
Mastercard, Delta, American Express or Switch. Payment will be debited
to your account before despatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable
care, in so far as it is our power to do so, to keep the details of your
order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part
we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures
unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering
from The Beauty Centre.
Returns & Order Cancellation
We do not generally sell goods on
a sale or return basis. However, if the product has been damaged in transit
or is faulty, please contact us by email - sales@thebeautycentre.net or
at the address at the end of the page, within 10 days of order receipt.
When you receive your order, you have up to 7 days to return the ordered
products (2 weeks if outside the UK). The goods must be unused, unopened
and in the same condition as they were originally despatched from the Beauty
Centre. You will be expected to pay for the return of the goods,
and any refund of this amount will be at the sole discretion of The Beauty
Centre. Please state a reason for return.
Order Confirmation
You may be sent an e-mail confirming
receipt of your order with The Beauty Centre. We reserve the right to decline
any order.
Security
We take all reasonable care, in
so far as it is our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and
payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot
be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised
access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from The Beauty
Centre.

We will not and do not supply any
of your details to any third party at all. The privacy of your personal
